Maintenance Engineer
The Maintenance Engineer we are looking for will be responsible for supporting and improving the inspection and maintenance processes within WellGear. The role focuses on developing, implementing and optimizing maintenance standards, inspection procedures, and ERP system setups to ensure efficient and compliant asset management.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Support, develop and continuously improve inspection, maintenance and asset management processes and standards;
- Contribute to certification, inspection and maintenance policies;
- Create, standardize and optimize maintenance procedures, checklists, forms and related documentation;
- Ensure compliance with company standards, certification requirements and applicable regulations;
- Configure, maintain and optimize maintenance and inspection workflows within the ERP system, ensuring user-friendly and efficient processes;
- Analyze equipment performance and maintenance data to improve reliability, optimize maintenance strategies and reduce non-productive time (NPT);
- Lead and contribute to Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives within the equipment department;
- Define, monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) on a monthly basis;
- Support the preparation of the annual equipment department budget;
- Conduct incident and NCR investigations and support the implementation of corrective actions.

Your profile
- HBO level (Bachelor’s) in Mechanical Engineering or a related field;
- 0-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
